Self check-in via keypad and private entrance means easy arrival, with free carport and driveway parking for up to three vehicles. Set in a quiet, family-oriented neighborhood near grocery stores, schools, and parks, with a short drive to downtown Sarasota's beaches and arts district and to shopping at University Town Center. SCAT bus routes run nearby, and rideshare is widely available. Longer stays are welcome.

SCAT local bus service (Route 12 and nearby routes) runs along Lockwood Ridge Road and University Parkway for affordable local trips to downtown Sarasota and transfer hubs. Rideshare (Uber/Lyft), taxis and local shuttle services are widely available. Biking is possible for short trips on quieter streets; however, dedicated bike lanes are limited. Sidewalks exist in parts of the neighborhood but walking to major attractions is generally not practical.
